Students who are continuing at USF and continuing VA

If you are already a USF student and are continuing your VA benefits, you will need to confirm with our office what, if any forms, need to still be turned in.

 

The only form you will need to complete is:

• VA Benefits Request Form, Responsibility Form (PDF).

However, if it is the end of your first semester and you have not submitted your Military transcripts you will need to do so ASAP.

• By the end of the first semester, you must request a copy of your AARTS (Army), or SMARTS (Navy, Marine) or CCAF (Air Force), or Coast Guard transcript be sent to the USF Office of Veteran Services.

Additional forms for all continuing students:

• If you are pursuing a double major or double degree, you need to request approval from the State Approving Agency for Veterans Training. Contact Veterans Services for the appropriate form.
